Although every effort is made to make you (the consumer) aware of applicable laws with certain modifications, the User / Purchaser assumes all costs, risks, and responsibilities associated with these and all other items.

Conditions of Sale
All parts remain the property of Fine Tuning until paid in full.
All engine modification parts, brake parts, Euro headlights and taillights,
(except for those that are direct factory replacement parts), are for use on
racing vehicles only, and may not be used on public roads America.

Returns
No refunds or exchanges after 14 days from sale unless it has been pre-approved by your sales representative. All electrical parts are not returnable. If you receive an item incorrectly, you have 30 days in which to notify Fine Tuning to receive a replacement or Full refund less any shipping.

Cores
Core charges will be credited to you after a core of matching description has been returned in rebuildable condition. All cores must be returned within 60 days to receive your credit.
